Microsoft's program is a good starting point, but it's focused on features and product updates. We run the people side: helping champions get their own teams using AI day to day, and keeping them engaged when their day jobs get loud.

You can. The question is whether the person who’d build it has the time to design the roles, create the launch materials, and then produce something new every month on top of running AI strategy. We shorten the build and take the monthly production off their plate. Less prepping, more doing.

We don’t promise an ROI percentage from a champion network, and we’d be careful with anyone who does. What we give leadership is two kinds of evidence: a champion pulse survey that we run each cycle, and the stories champions capture about what their teams tried and what improved. Put that next to your usage report and you have a credible story before renewal.
